StraightLine® advertising distribution list. We may have already
been contacting you by phone, fax or US mail. If so, you do not need
to fill out this form in order to continue receiving information
from us in the same way you have. We are pleased, however, to
now extend our contact methods to include e-mail.
We make every effort to keep our
correspondence frequency low. We try not to distribute the same
information to the same contacts in more than one format. Our order
of communications preference is: e-mail; fax; US mail; phone. So,

do, from time to time, run ad campaigns that only address one or two

to our customer and prospective customer desires, we have chosen to
restrict our e-mail communications to those from whom we have
specific authorization.

it was intended to be a one-time event. In order to offer an e-mail
option to those we have been communicating with by other methods, we
have sent invitations to offer you the option. Unlike mail, phone

much as possible, information we currently have on file for you has
purposely not been displayed on this screen. Rest assured that WE DO NOT share our marketing contact information
with other companies or individuals, and will work hard to protect
