Bent Sub

Designed to last, the Air Hammer 4.0 / 5.0 both feature bent subs that are precision machined from high-strength alloy steel—each incorporating 34 raised carbide buttons that boost wear protection from 3- to 10-times, depending on operating conditions.

Transmitter Housing

Engineered to yield a 3- to 10-times improvement in durability, Air Hammer 4.0 / 5.0 transmitter housings feature raised carbide buttons around the entire circumstance where the bent sub and transmitter housing join and along the entire length of the housing. The transmitter is protected from the force of the hammer by a unique shock reducing sleeve within a sleeve design.
