Kaydyn Directional Drilling — Union City, PA
Equipment: JT2020 and a StraightLine® 4" Air Hammer System.
Ground conditions: approximately 12 to 18" of top soil with solid limestone formation underneath.
Project Scope and Requirements: this project consisted of 70 replacement water services. 1" copper lines were placed under the roadway at a minimum cover of 4'. The bore that is featured was 70' in length and took just under 2 hours to complete including utility installation.
